As one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East, CCC (Consolidated Contractors Company), undertakes the most complex of projects across the globe; naturally, this requires rigorous cash flow management system which can accurately map complex and multiple business operations simultaneously.
We were tasked to develop a solution which effectively gave the management, an overview of the cash flow and bank positions on a global scale. We had to conceive a platform which integrated a tremendous amount of data and extrapolated them to facilitate an intelligent decision-making process.
Our development methodology delivered the required application ahead of schedule without compromising quality or features. The application was based on plans, forecasts, and actuals (monthly cash flow) including bank positions. Cash flow management operations retained transparency and efficacy. Access permission was aligned with the management hierarchy. Consolidated cash flow summary view provided global managers with a comprehensive gauge on activities.
