Moneymailer Franchise in Maryland has several distinct audiences, each with their own goals and requirements. The website redesign needed to capture a new information architecture, a smooth user experience and a connectivity of relevant information and services to specific goals and requirements.
We harnessed the power of targeted storytelling to drive conversions and engage audiences. This objective was realized by connecting solutions to relevant customer video testimonials, case studies, creating a blog platform on which to share expertise, news, and trends, and reinforcing success stories through case studies. From a design perspective, it was important to Moneymailer that we strike a balance between fun and dynamic and serious and professional. For this reason, we chose to apply a familiar, corporate-feeling blue and red palette, contrasted against white and black. Finally, we amplified the amount of content and imagery which highlights the benefits of direct marketing process in action via various devices.
