  Forms are analyzed to identify any possible data capture using OCR / OMR / ICR technology. Mostly there are printed characters which can be automatically captured.
  
  
• Scanning and converting the document into digital image.
  
  All the documents are scanned using high speed scanners of the order of 90 pages per minute. If serial numbers are required to be stamped on the scanned forms, it is done using the Imprint feature on the scanners.
  Images are cropped if required, to give privacy to our customers by removing the header or footer which contains the information regarding our customers.
  
  
• Identify the fields required to be captured.
  
  Fields for data entry are identified and the key depressions are computed.
  
  
• Design Processes as per the accuracy requirement of the customer.
  
  Processes are defined according to the accuracy requirement of the customers which can be broadly classified as Single entry QC, Double entry QC and Triple Entry QC.
